Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To officially reserve your date, a signed agreement and reservation fee are required. Once completed, your date is exclusively secured for you.
For weddings and engagement sessions, most couples reserve their date 6 to 12 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. For corporate events and other sessions, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to allow for proper planning and availability.
We accept only one client per day to give each event, engagement, or wedding our full attention. This approach allows us to remain fully immersed in your celebration, capturing each moment with care, focus, and intention.
Yes, we offer flexible payment arrangements. The remaining balance is typically divided into scheduled payments leading up to your event, engagement session or wedding day.
Once your booking is confirmed, we begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, priorities, and story. From there, we guide you through timelines, creative direction, and key details leading up to your engagement session, wedding or event.
Yes. Upgrades can be made at any time before your booked date. As your plans evolve, your photo or video coverage can be refined, with updated pricing reflecting the enhancements selected.
Dates are not held without a reservation fee. Due to the limited number of clients we accept each month and our commitment to one exclusive booking per day, we can only secure a date once the booking process is completed.
All bookings are non-refundable, as each date is reserved exclusively. In the case of rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
